Dormitories:
Bring your own bedding and towels. There are 100 twin beds (bunk and single). We will give you your choice on first pay.

RV Facilities - Be sure to bring very long extension cords and your own adaptors.
• 25 RV are allowed at the camp
• 6 (six) 30 amp electrical outlets are available
• 5(five) 20 Amp electrical outlets are available
• The balance of RVs must be self-contained for electrical service.
• Water and Dump Station are available.
• No sewer or water hookups.

Tents may also be set up.
There is no extra cost for RVs or tents

Fees Per Night
• Adult (13 & up) = $16.00
• Children 4-12 yrs old = $ 8.00
• Children 3yrs. and under = free
• Day – Use fee of $3.00 per day plus meals, if dropping in for the day.

Meal Prices for Adults (age 13 up)
• Breakfast = $6.00
• Lunch = $7:00
• Dinner = $9.00


Meal Prices for Children (age 4-12) Age 3 & under is Free
• Breakfast = $3.00
• Lunch = $3.50
• Dinner = $4.50

Total costs for 2-day stay
• Adult (13 & up) = $69.00
• Children (Ages 4-12) = $34.50

Quilts, handmade by Ruth Barris, will be given away by drawings. You must be present to win one of the following.

• 1 door prize quilt drawing
• 1 family picture quilt drawing for 1st cousins
• 1 family picture quilt drawing for 2nd cousins
• 3 throw quilts drawings for 3rd & beyond cousins (boys)
• 3 throw quilt drawings for 3rd & beyond cousins (girls)


Miscellaneous
• Each individual family is asked to bring one nice gift to give away. Homemade would be nice, but not necessary. These will be the prizes when we play bingo.

• Any family is also asked to provide some entertainment – example (music, skit, stand on your head or something fun) for our talent show. Let Barbara Laney know if you have something to share so we can sign you up.

• Saturday free time is from 2:00 to 6:00 to go sight seeing, fishing, games, nap, or whatever.

• There will be Saturday night story telling on cousin’s parents and grandparents at the campfire, if no fire restrictions are in place. So cousins, think up some stories on your parents.

• There will be volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, baseball, kickball, and other games for the little ones.

Rules
• No alcoholic beverages
• All dormitories & kitchen must be left clean.
• All grounds should be left clean.
• Please remember, even though we are in a rustic setting, parents must keep track of their kids. You are responsible for any destruction to the property. We need to take pride as a family and leave the camp in as good, or better, shape than we found it.

35 miles from Silver City, is the camp. The other pictures are things to see and do on the way and it also makes a loop back to Silver that is 78 mi. but takes 2 hr. all totaled. There are 20 RV hook ups. There are 2 barracks with 3 rooms and bunk beds with outside doors for each room. One barracks that has 5 rooms and 2 outside doors

This Blog is set up for all the people that are interested in the Barris Family Reunion. Hope you all get good info from it and if anything is missing let me know I will try to fix it. Hope it all works out as I am very knew at this.
